The consumer has the right to pay for the goods by non-cash payments.
Non-cash payment can be made by bank transfer, using a bank card, as well as electronic payment in accordance with the order specified on the website of the www.lynxstore.ru in the "Pay" section. The cost of transferring money to the Seller's account is borne by the Buyer.
The consumer has the right to receive the goods at the self-delivery point, the information about which is presented in the "Delivery" section.
Delivery of goods in Russia by mail is free (exceptions are courier delivery or expedited shipping options.
The consumer has the right to refuse the Product after its transfer - within seven days. Return of the goods of the proper quality is possible if its product appearance, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of the purchase of the said Product are preserved. The consumer's absence of this document does not deprive him of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of the Goods from the seller. The consumer may not refuse the Product, which has individual-defined properties, if the specified Product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.

If the consumer refuses the goods, the consumer must return the amount paid by the Consumer, except for the cost of the store for delivery from the buyer and/or to the buyer of the returned goods, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
Return of the goods of the proper quality, are carried out on the choice of the Customer by calling the courier service, at the point of self-delivery of the online store Lynxstore or the Russian post office at their own expense.

Delivery by courier:
Ordered positions come in the branded packaging of our online store.
After receiving the order, you can open the package in the presence of the courier and check the goods for integrity, lack of marriage and correct attachment.
If a factory marriage is found or the integrity of the product is violated, you must leave a mark on the delivery registry. In this case, you can return to the courier.

Delivery by mail:
Ordered items come in factory packaging.
When receiving a parcel, carefully inspect its packaging for integrity and no external damage.
If the integrity of the packaging is violated, dents and other damage are detected, do not accept the parcel.
Require delivery workers to prepare an act of return and send an order to the return address, if possible, take a photo of the damaged parcel.

If you find a factory marriage after opening the package, you can return the goods in the mail. To do this, contact us by email: info@lynxstore.ru
If the above requirements are not met, your refund will not be accepted. The package with the goods will be sent back by us.
